Questions, answered straight

What is iMARQd?

iMARQd embeds an invisible, timestamped watermark inside your images. If your work is reposted without permission, you can upload the copy to iMARQd and verify your ownership in seconds — with a record you can attach to a takedown request or licensing demand.

How does the invisible watermark work?

Your ownership record and a timestamp are woven into the pixels of the image itself. The image looks identical to the original — there is no visible logo or overlay — but the mark can be read back by our verification tool.

What can I protect today?

Images — photos, digital art, and graphics. Video and audio watermarking are on our roadmap, but we only charge for what works today. The honest current scope is always listed on our homepage.

Does monitoring cover all social platforms?

Not yet, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Monitoring currently covers X (Twitter), with Instagram and TikTok in development. Verification works on any image file regardless of where you found it.

Is it really free to try?

Yes — watermark and verify your first images at no cost, no credit card required. The best way to evaluate iMARQd is to mark an image, screenshot it, and verify the screenshot yourself.

What happens when I find my image being misused?

Run the copy through verification to confirm your embedded mark, then use the ownership record and timestamp as evidence — for a DMCA takedown, a licensing demand, or escalation through the platform where it appeared. iMARQd gives you the proof; what you do with it is your call.
